Anxiety Medications. What has worked for you?

Low dose ketamine is great for anxiety, much better than anything I've tried, and it has allowed me to get off Zoloft, which is a shit drug IMO. Would like to try microdosing psylocibin as it's reportedly very effective as well.

Did you get the ketamine through a doctors/clinic.

I saw recently they have ketamine treatment clinics popping up

I find propranolol xr very helpful for the physical aspect of anxiety. Plus you get a few points lower on your blood pressure score which is great for anyone in this type of "alternative lifestyle". I used to take more supplements daily than you can count on your fingers and nothing really holds a candle to just taking care of your mental health with the least amount of assistance possible.

Licensed drug counselor here basically in short what you’re saying and what he should know is there is “physical dependence and then there’s addiction” both have withdrawal and both will result in needing medical detox. Alcohol and Xanax are the only two substances in the world that can cause death from detox. Both of those substances bind to the CNS receptors.
Thats just not true. U can die from kicking opiates aswell.

Ur a drug counselor uve never seen anyone coming down from heroin? I always new that but after reading this decided to double check. It causes flue like symptom and u vomit an diarrhea and ur heart can possibly fail.

Actually it is true, benzos and alcohol can kill. Opiates will just make you miserable first a few days.

For public speaking, I use 20 mg (smaller presentation) - 40 mg of propanolol 1.5 hours before the event and have had good results. For less stressful presentations, such as a large work meeting, I go with 200 mg of L-Theanine 1 - 1.5 hours before the start, which is less effective but has less side effects than propanolol.
