Any adaptor to go from polycap to gl45?

Is there any adapter to avoid using sterile hose ? Or I just use a new small section of sterile tubing everytime , I notice some have a filling cap like this one

Would that cap just go over my gl45 threads and avoid using the tubing ?

Anybody ever use that one ? It’s sterile and nylon

Yes the cap would just sit on the bottle but you would have to use a peristaltic pump in that configuration tube didn't necessarily have to be sterile as it's before the filter.

You can use this is you only have a vaccume pump and you can find one
