Any advices for newbee?

Young Lad! I can give you a bit of advice, but the trainer is a guy who makes a huge work. Observing and assessing your every rep and making the conclusions for further training.

I can give you a start - make 700 push-ups and 700 sit-ups the first week... then increase every week. and take a day for rest in between

that was the first fitness advice I get when I was an overweight kid. and it works even now.
700 and 700, you are not afraid that he will feel very bad. He it will be fun.

Damn, 700 sounds great.
Will try this out.

What about online coaching? :D Jk Jk

Thank you mate!
Online coaching absolutely has its place, but in my opinion not for total beginners. It is difficult for an online coach to teach proper form and intensity, these are much better taught in person by a real trainer.

As a total beginner, you need to learn the basics of good form and intensity. Get yourself a decent program and basic nutrition advice.

You don't need the world's best trainer to get started, a PT in the gym is probably good enough, just don't go with a total moron.

Yes, i understand that online coaching for beginners is bad idea. I used to teach kids dancing, and i can understand how its to be a trainer.

I think ill find someone who will tell me what and how to workout.

By the way, in beginning of this tread i told that i dont want to use any chem, but maybe it will help me to have fast start or etc?
@Driada Medical @MR_Midas @Barbarian @Canknucklehead @Norse13 , any advices?
(I pinged you, because you helped me with advices, sorry for bothering)

Thing is, all the chemicals that actually have a meaningful effect also have meaningful side effects. Mood swings, fat gain, water bloat, dick not working, libido crashes, muscle gain disappear after steroid cycle etc. I think you'll be fine without them for quite a while.
I reckon you'll be surprised how much nutrition matters in this game. I suggest to get a gym trainer to teach you the basics of common exercises, read up on nutrition and ask for advice here, and give it a go. Unfortunately it takes a bit of time, but if you put in the effort and train/eat right, you should see a pretty visible change in 4-6 months.
Everyone started somewhere, everyone wished results came faster...

Standard beginner's set I think Test C and anavar.
Thank you mate!

I would make sure you train eat good for 3 months in a row before we get you dabbling in the super supplements. Do this for me and I will happily help you out.

Diet and nutrition is probably 90% of achieving your fitness goals. The supplements are the last 10%. Build your foundation first and we will go from there!

@FuckingRedPanda

Have you been training? How’s your diet been?

Actually a big help of the trainer is to motivate your ass to go to the gym (you paid for the session, embarrassing not to go etc). Once you're there, the trainer definitely helps in pushing you to up your intensity. When you feel like you've done the last rep in the set, he should push you to squeeze out a couple more. However it does cost a fair bit, especially if you sign up for 3-4 times per week. In the end you need to find that discipline within yourself, to go even when you don't feel like going - few people are super motivated each and every time, yet we still go.

Yes, i agree!
I found good trainer.. THIS MAN JUST KILLIN ME!
I think i will start posting pics soon, so at the end (if there is end) people an me can see the difference.

If really i like gym, pushing myself to do, because trainer cant motivate if i dont want to go.

But still, i think im lucky with trainer.

Without conditional, in the beginning it is good to gain experience, technique and the ability to train.
Yeh! I agree mate :)
I just need little more time to understand how to do and what to do.

BTW, motivated my Sister to go with me in gym. She is more experienced than me, but because of COVID she wasn't able to go in gym..

Happy that my start helped someone.
