Any feedback on German Volume Training?

So I'm going to do the antagonistic muscle groups back n forth, which is an option.
Day 1 Chest/back, Day 2 quads/hamstrings, traps Day 3 shoulders, bis/tris, abs
 
I've done upward of 30 working sets of my main mover per day. High volume is great and easily recoverable. Just eat like a damn monster to drive the growth with the strength gains.

Otherwise you work your ass if to look more or less the same.

Yeah, I'm doing the vertical diet starting out at 4100 cals tomorrow. I'll also be on test, tren, and start superdrol tomorrow. Last time I ran superdrol my recovery was great! 3lbs of steak, 5 cups of rice and veggies, fruit.

Yep yep, that's the way to do it.

Going natural I literally couldn't get enough food in and I walked everywhere on top of training.

Resorted to flat out eating bricks of cheese and pints of ice-cream just for cheap calories. And if went more than an hour without stuffing my face I wanted to fucking punch babies. Lol.

I can't even imagine the food Id be putting away on cycle. Good luck with it, Bub.

Also, buy stool softener. :)
 
Yesterday did chest and back. Got through that ok. Today was legs and traps. Romanian deadlifts 10x10 with 225. My legs are like jello. I'm scared to see how sore I'll be tomorrow!

One thing I forgot to mention?

After a couple weeks you'll get used to the volume. Once you do, you'll finish a sess and ten minutes later feel ready to go again.

Coming off that volume, a lot of workouts are going to feel kind of unsatisfying for awhile.

So with this style of training how many exercises say for a leg or back workout ?? Are there accessory exercises as well or just meat and potato movements??
 
I have done 6x6 for 3 weeks then 8x8 for 3 weeks never took it to 10x10 I did this instead of dynamic effort. This offseason I might take 12 weeks and do this instead of speed work. every 4th week might require a deload on max effort and this repetition work. Test and S drol sounds like the right cycle while running this. Im still going to do acessory work 2x10-20 with 3 or 4 exercises. The main lift and supplement lift will be the 6x6 8x8 10x10 . I might try to run it in waves wk1 6x6 wk2 8x8 wk3 10x10 deload add 5 to 10 lb repeat
