Serious question, here. Do you think the guys working their way up through the amateur ranks and making it to pro status are doing PPL or a bro split?
John Meadows is Fouad Abiad's coach, but Fouad Abiad does a "bro split."
It seems to me that what is being called a bro split is the overwhelming choice of those actually finding success (trophies) at bodybuilding competitions. There are exceptions, of course, but I wonder whether others disagree with my assessment of which one is more popular among real bodybuilders (competitors, not gym rats). Of so, let me hear it.
