The estradiol is high, everyone is telling me the test is normal. I had thought otherwise but because there is a consensus her on what normal test is I will take you guys word for it.
Your total testosterone to estrogen ratio is 16:1 which is exactly average and where you want it to be. Your total testosterone is also better than averages seen in young male athletes. What’s wrong?
Do you know where they get those number ranges from? They use all the people who get labs done and average the numbers.
so one labs test range can be 200-900 a d another lab can be 300-1100.
same thing goes for estradiol.
your estradiol is only 5 points high.
thats like when i had a test total of 250 naturally, the range was 220-900 and they said i was in range.
would you consider a HDL reading if 38 low?

1 my test used to be way higher I seriously doubt most young guys have a test under 700, but I'm not super young anymore so I can accept it being a bit normal if you all tell me 650 is normal I can believe it, I just get a bit worked up over these kinds of things I could just be overthinking is all, I was also under the impression that high fsh meant high test but someone informed me, THAT AINT THE CASE, so yeah I'm just a bit concerned as all but I got a second third 4th 5th opinion thag says its normal so thats good enough

Understood so basically I just have estrogen levels a bit higher than the average man. For hdl based on whats been told to me about reference ranges I guess not but sitting at the lower end of average is kind of concerning especially when you yourself said someone tried to tell you a test level of 200 something was normal, perhaps the reference ranges on certain hormones aren't critical enough

I would really like to see what your free T is. Considering you have not been on Test since October, there is no reason your free T should be supraphysiological, and your total T is not either. What did you run on your last cycle? Also what is the reference range for estradiol on the test? Is it pg/ml ?

You did not give enough information in your post. Do you currently have a low sex drive? Any mood issues? Your LH is normal but your FSH is high. This is why testing your free T is so important. Did you run Deca or Trenbolone in your last cycle? If your Estradiol is being tested in pg/ml you are not that high outside of the reference range. More information would need to be required.

Nah I ran test cyp 250 mg split it into two 125 mg injections a week for like 2 months and took some ais and that was about it. Yeah my sex drive is low but it was low on cycle as well

I am assuming your sex drive was normal before going on cycle? Considering your sex drive was low on cycle with 125 mg of Test twice a week (250 in total) Occam's razor would suggest you probably high estradiol on cycle (most likely explanation for your low sex drive on cycle). As you can see with my personal bloodwork of 125 mg twice a week of test (250 in total like you) my free T is 3x outside of the reference range, and my Estradiol is at 59 pg/ml. I would really like to see what your Free T and SHBG is, but it was not included in your bloodwork. Something like a low dose of Aromasin/Exemestane (maybe even Zinc) might help, but it still would not explain the full picture of why your E is still elevated post cycle months later. EDIT: Was your sex drive normal/high before you went on cycle? That is very important to know.

My second drive was low before that cycle back in October and my free t was like 300 while on cycle if I remember correctly, before the cycle I had a test of like 230 and was scared as he'll. I'm not quite sure why.

I need more information, but here is my suggestion. I am not an endocrinologist, but I have a Physics degree and I have a strong understanding of the endocrine system. What is your age? And you said you already had a low sex drive before that 250 cycle of Test correct? I would suggest a saliva test for cortisol from ZRT Laboratory. I would also suggest testing your free T3, total T3, and reverse T3. It sounds like your issue may not be testosterone related. Was this 250 of Test your first cycle ever? It could also be Estrogen related, but you would need more help to figure out the cause/mechanism for. My personal suggestion would be to find a Anti-aging doctor/endocrinologist that is worth their damn. Good luck.
