My guess is it wasn’t sent in the first place in which case though I’d prefer a refund.

It seems that the customs inspection took away the suspicious products. You can choose to refund the missing products. Please contact the salesperson.
 
I just got my package today as well and it was missing 2 kits of reta. Rep said the warehouse missed packing it. She is going to send it out quick here.

I love the fact she was honest. I have dealt with a few vendors who jack you around and blame shipping companies and whatever. Sigma was straight up.
 
I placed my first small order while their promo is still active, getting several Tirz kits to have some on hand, as @Ghoul advised. I liked that the assistant understands English well and responds clearly and quickly. They promised to ship before the Chinese New Year. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly.

I ordered some stuffs from Sigma - in October. One of them was Melanotan 2.. I started to use it a month ago. But nothing results: neither erection (ok, that is not important), tanning effects.. But there are some scary side effects as high blood pressure, and I have crab-face for hours..
So, I just wanna know if you have same/similar expreience with that..
Because, I used to use MT II last year from a different company, and there were not side effects (just a bit nausea) but that was very effective..
Also, I ordered several times from Sigma and was very satisfied with their products.. but this stuff doesn't work..for me..

Ok. I gotta know what crab face is. I’m sure I’ll regret asking but my curiosity is getting the best of me. lol

I use this MT2 and it works for me . I dose it at 400mcg . Rock boner ALL night , and tan . I do admit when I first tried it didn’t “feelz” like the one I was previously using from a different source , but after a few shots I felt it .
