[SigmaAudley China Peptide]

@SigmaAudley China Peptide my pack that I received today was missing a kit of peptides, it was one of the packs that was stuck in LA customs since the middle of December. When I asked my sales rep to refund the missing kit after sending an unpacking video to verify it was missing on arrival they said maybe it was removed by customs which would be strange considering the rest of the pack came with other oils and peptides in it.

Assuming customs took the peptide kit and it wasn’t a mistake by SA by not sending it will you guys be willing to reship or refund?

My guess is it wasn’t sent in the first place in which case though I’d prefer a refund.

I just got my package today as well and it was missing 2 kits of reta. Rep said the warehouse missed packing it. She is going to send it out quick here.

I love the fact she was honest. I have dealt with a few vendors who jack you around and blame shipping companies and whatever. Sigma was straight up.

I placed my first small order while their promo is still active, getting several Tirz kits to have some on hand, as @Ghoul advised. I liked that the assistant understands English well and responds clearly and quickly. They promised to ship before the Chinese New Year. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly.
