Any information on connecting cartridge filters to tubing?

I have used a peristaltic pump and capsule filters to filter my 3 stage 0.45, 0.22, and 0.1 micron system, but would like to move to a 20" cartridge filter like such. I never used these despite an undergrad in biochem. Does anyone know how I would connect it to the tubing and what the end codes mean? Standard is 1/4" just like from bottle tops.

Are these the housing ends for them that allow the tubing for the vacuum line and dispense to connect? Makes 100% sense to me. http://www.servapure.com/Pentek-154053-14-InOut-Blue-Cap-No-PR-for-Slim-Line-Housin_p_1713.html
