Filtration flow rate by filter membrane

Bottle top is so much faster but I still refilter with syringe filters into sterile bottles one more time. I was thinking about this yesterday on syringe filters, how can you sterilize them? Push some Ba through them?

Filter into GL45 Glass media bottle and get the septa cap that turns the whole bottle into a giant vial. Then you can draw 10mL with 10mL syringe and place into vial.
I'm a little more risky and after filtering simply pour from glass meadia bottle that has filtered gear, into 60mL syringe to fill vials. I have a clean area to work though.
