Like everyone else said - get checked out immediately. Many treatments these days for what you are describing. EVEN if, in a worst case scenario, it's the C word they are very slow geowing in thise areas so IF you get treatment you have a really good chance. It sucks, but time to man up and get it checked.
I would also question why you need Cialis 5mg twice per day? Seems excessive. I use 2.5 mg once oer day to good effect. Many more use 5mg once per day for the same.

Colonoscopy and endoscopy are relatively quick procedures. Other than shitting water all night on the toilet for the colonoscopy, it won’t take up too much time from your life

Well the bloody sh1ts stopped. Wondering if it was just timing with something too spicy I ate. Still gonna contact doc and get scoped after I figure out my life insurance lol. This has been happening on and off for years after eating spicy stuff but this time it happened Right when I started Cialis and I don't think I ate anything spicy.

Chloroform knocks you out. A chloroform soaked rag will kill you quickly. You have to give very small amounts.

I've got a friend who ignored blood in his shit for years. Now he has stage 4 colon cancer that has metastasized to his liver. He's fucked. There is no saving him only prolonging his life. He had 5+ years of chances minimum to go to the dr but he didn't and it will cost him his life in the end.

If you dont have chronic diarrhea or stomach pain especially on the left side or pelvis, good chance it's not ibd like crones or Uc, but like others said just get the colonoscopy and endoscopy I've had multiple they suck but its not too bad. Also if blood is just coating ur shit not really mixed in could be hemroids.
I've been having these issues, and shitting blood the past 2 years my drs say it's weird I'm not anemic some bowel movements look like a full on menstrual cycle like another member said. My red blood cells and hemoglobin usto be a little high now there perfect I dident tell them it's the testosterone probably countering that it's like non stop phlebotomy. I have ulcerative colitis they though was crones at first, I may have to have my entire colon removed even though I have no cancer or signs of pre cancer. John meddows had to have the same thing done.

The exact same way as guys above. I used to get scared cause I always heard blood in your poop meant something inside was really ill. But I realized it wasn’t in my bowel it was just Comin out with it cause of hemmroids. Sometimes I can’t feel them and other times I can feel them but i can admit

Cialis dilates vessels and increases blood flow. It very well could have helped spring a leak in an already impacted area in your intestine. Still 100% get scoped because that'd mean there's still an issue in there somewhere that the Cialis probably aggravated.
You saying it's dark red is definitely worrisome. Haemorrhoids/fissures would be bright red and probably when you wipe only.

Bloody shits lasted a day or two and went away after disbanding Cialis. Started back up at 5mg after a week off to see if it comes back and all is good now. Still gonna get a private scoping soon
