It's been like 3 days since I took the cialis. Every morning im waking up with horribly painful erections that are lasting hours, and are extremely difficult to get rid of. Taking Advil, cold showers, rotating ice packs on it for hours, and taking pseudoephedrine, which is supposed to help restrict bloodflow, and only after hours of doing this does it finally go down.

But then I wake up the next morning and it's kind of the exact same thing. The good news is that they are going down (it just takes a long time), there's no discoloration, and i'm still able to urinate, so I don't think the blood is completely stuck to where immediate drainage is required, but this definitely isn't normal.

I'm really hoping it gets better soon and that I don't wake up tommorow with the same problem. Really want to avoid having to have a procedure done at all costs, but it's just so damn painful and annoying. I missed my morning gym session today because of it. I'm never taking cialis or any kind of ED thing again.

Granted maybe 10mg was too high to start at, but it's a capsule so it's not like I can split the dose.

That’s crazy I take 20mg a day. I get good errections for sure but they’re manageable.

I used to work in the ER and have seen what they do for this, you don't want to have it done trust me lol. I like what low dose cialis does at 5mg per day, but I get heartburn, congestion, and a dull lower back ache quite often with it.

And I thought I was the only one, but it seems to her somewhat common in gen pop. Anything you've found to alleviate it? It's different than the general back pumps people get from orals.

If you were training really hard then you shouldn't be capable of a chug ! My forearms, delts, tri's are done from training

Just to clear things up:

There's not a single case of true priapism induced by PDE5 drugs documented in medical literature. Trimix injections (the most extreme erection inducer) can cause it, as can injuries or physical abnormalities. Yes you can get painfully long erections, but they won't go beyond 8 hours without a release, even if momentary, allowing blood to flow again before getting erect again.

There's also no tolerance developed by taking Cialis daily. 2.5mg and 5mg doses are specifically indicated for daily use. In fact the side effects lessen with daily use but the vascular dilation that provides all the desirable effects continues. I've been on 5mg daily for over a decade.

Not only will it work later "when you need it", using it daily, keeping a small "pump" on your junk will actually help prevent ED from developing by keeping the tissues nourished. If you're going an entire day without a boner, if the non erect state is more deflated than it used to be, scar tissue will slowly develop in the spongy tissues, irreversibly shrinking the length and girth of your erect penis.

What's your protocol? $65 for 100g is like 20,000 5mg doses, lol. Do you just weigh it out like coke, have some spoon that gets the right amount? I considered encapsulating but worry the mix would result in lots of uneven doses.

Pretty much. Amazon sells micro spoons and a few members weighed out the different raws in mg and posted it. Definitely works for me. Noticeable vascularity, pumps etc with ~2.5mg. I get the stuffy nose and congestion effects much higher.
