Not sure if you trolling or not but you can easily send yourself a payment request with PayPal then pay for it as a guest using that gift debt card.

Might be because GCs are easily stolen using CC#s, therefore easy to buy for less than face value. The victim(s) of the fraud do not know until it is too late for repercussions. NOT saying OP is a GC fraudster nor a CC# buyer on other sites that offer such, just that it happens is all. When the GC is cashed the CC holder finds out, then disputes, in turn the seller accepting the GC is out of the funds and product is likely shipped. That's why you don't accept GCs guys lol.
