Sorry to hear these horror stories. The worst are the bitches that don't give the money to the kids. If u have one like that u might as well spend the money on a lawyer and sue for custody. Sucks that most of these laws are so outdated. They are still geared towards the stay at home mom even though it is easier for a woman to get a good job. Really sucks

Amen bro!! Michigan sucks... My ex.pulled me in front of the judge for 3 months no support due to the fact my job was dissolved due to 9-11. The bitch judge said I should have got a job quicker($2900.00 today or jail) I pulled out my wallet and said charge it and tossed her the card. That got me a weekend in county. My neighbours wife ran off with a younger man - a gypsy who is a small time criminal. She has broken into his house, garage and yard many times, each time claiming she is entitled to everything, the police used to be roundevery couple of weeks and I had to keep an eye for her and call his cellphone if she showed up. The guy also had a Range Rover a pretty expensive car and she took that and sold it. She had a breakdown after post natal depression and is truly nuts now. He has 3 all lads from 5-10 and who drive motorcross and she was trying to get a hold of the bikes too. The judges are hardly doing a thing

The courts lean towards the parent that is the care taker of the kid/s. Its usually the women however if a man is the one takeing care of the kid/s. Than the woman now is the one paying child support.
In reality most men do not want to be the primary care taker or just cant. The courts arent out to reward women or punish men. They want to make sure the kid/s are financially taken care of. The problem lies in the fact that a lot of men feel that the child support they are paying is also being used by their kid/s mother on herself rather than what its intended for.
My brother in law is a lawyer in Florida he used to do just divorces.Biggest child support case he ever had was a woman who owned 2 hotels with her dad.
She got divorced ex-husband got custody of the daughter because she worked long days and a monster of a child support. The man hit the lottery and is a stay at home dad now with a monthly child support that allows him to live like a king in a nice house,car,etc.

yha i support my daughter also.Pay about 580 month,in canada,laws are fucked here to.Talked to a lawyer about stop paying cause she wants to move out.She tells me we can cancell it but if she goes back home youll be paying a jump of 200 bucks a month fuck!!!i said.Now i ask the lawyer if your x wins the lottery,you still have to pay her the same amount she says yes!!!I said shit if a guy is paying 2 or 3 kids and walks around with bumb clothes and nothing to eat,she wins the lottery and you still owe the same,and hes in the poor house!!And a while back i got at tax time a refund for support,now the goverment stoped that a few years back,fuck i was getting a couple of grand back which was nice.My thoughts to you is if your married with young kids its not worth the agony of support,stay with the cunt till there older.The system will bring us men down.

This is true, Rod. However, most times the money is used for that dumb bitch to buy a car or pay her mortgage or whatever. I dated a girl/lady who had 2 kids. She received ZERO child support and yet the kids were taken care of just fine. Sure, they probably could have had more, but she did alright with the money she was making. She even had a new car and a decent apartment.

Let's look at one of it's failures. The formerly mentioned girl/lady was divorced. Her ex started working as a tow truck driver. Tow guys get paid bullshit hourly wages, but they make plenty of money raping stranded motorists in the form of cash. So, he came to court showing some bullshit 200 dollar check.
Well, the court said he then owed 40 bucks a month or some bullshit like that when he was really pulling in 800 a week.
See? It's bullshit no matter how you slice the system.

Think of the guys who pay all that child support and can not even see there child because the ex is a fucking bitch. My uncle has kids and he has them probably 26 days out of the month and he still pays a butt load. Where is the fairness in that? Just cause his salary is more than hers??? She married a real estate agent who pulls in no less than 200 K a year, and he has a house payment, grocerys, and everything else for those kids. Then when his ex wife gives those kids a christmas to die for, he has to try to compete with his own self basically cause the child support goes straight to presents. Is it heartless that he doesnt want to pay anything for them? I dont think so. Women can be some real annoying bitches sometimes! From what I've been told by my congressman the judges look at what will cost the state the least amount of money. If they had given me custody of my son my ex would have most likely went on welfare. To alleviate this they awarded her custody and made sure that I pay as much child support as possible.
I am grateful for one thing. I was awarded very extensive visitation. I have my son overnight almost half of the year, but the fact is... I proved that I was the primary caregiver while we were together. I should have custody of my son.
As far as your comment about most men not wanting custody of their kids...some men don't want it, some women don't want it. The fact of the matter is that the courts allow the women to force men out of their children's lives. If a man tries to fight for his rights it just costs him a lot of money and the judge will tell the women not to do that anymore. When it happens again the man gets to spend a ton of money and the judge just tells her the same thing again....they will never do anything to help the man out unless he can prove that the women is completely unfit as a parent.

it is all bullshit and definitely geared towards women. Our fathers used to support all the kids and wife on his own. Don't tell me it is that hard for a lady to support the kid if she wants custody so bad. Alot of the time the woman doesn't care about custody but is more concerned w/ how others will look at her for not having the kids. Fucking single mothers are a huge problem with kids today. They can't handle them. Until you are in the situation your comments dont mean shit
