Anybody has a muscle group that just won't grow?

I've just started doing bridges on a Smith machine. I'd imagine a dumbbell is pretty convenient too. I have patellar tracking and they say weak glutes is the cause. I'm not so sure that's all it is though.

I got away from doing barbell with upper body elevated on a bench because I always felt it in my lower back. Haven't tried it on a Smith machine.
 
Delts especially now because of injury. Legs were until I no longer did barbell squats though I still have to beat them to hell and back 2x a week same with calves except I have to train those very hard everyday until my feet hurt then I take a day off.

Traps and forearms for me. I'll lift heavy as I can without straps to improve grip strength and focus specifically on forearms but they don't seem to grow at the rate of the rest of my muscle groups, even with extra focus. My traps are the same. I lift as heavy as I can, increase the volume and nothing. I'm 6ft 3 and 108kg, so not sure if this is a height issue or just bad luck with genetics?
