Anybody here actually train or is it just drugs?

What’s your current training? What’s been your favorite routine? What’s your training philosophy?

What? Why don’t you post a pic?
Damn you’re an idiot. Is that what you got out of my post?
I’ve forgotten more shit than you’ll ever know.
Why don’t you post another blurry fat picture from your 18 year old “natty limit”.

I did , why dont u troll. I'm perfectly happy with myself sounds like ur not, an looking for tips because "u forgot alot of shit " lol

You didn't try to start a thread about training, you tried to belittle people here that all they do is take drugs.

So stfu and move on bitch.
A hit dog will holler.
I’m can’t belittle people more than what they see in the mirror after taking the gear and still looking like they couldn’t lift their way out of a brown paper bag.
Yeah I tried to start a thread to discuss training.
Yes I think it’s pathetic that all the attention is given to drugs when the training and nutrition are the important part.

In order for the drugs to work, you need to have training and food dialed in, you pathetic excuse of wasting oxygen. That's a given.

Now shoo.

Well I’ll start
My current split and number of exercises
Chest/bis-3 chest, 2 biceps,
Quads 3
Day off
Shoulders/tris 3 shoulders and bis
Back/hams 4-5 back, 2 hams
One or 2 days off depending on recovery
Abs and calves daily

All working sets to failure or beyond.
2-4 sets per bodypart.

I don’t think reps matter all that much so shoot for between 4-20.
Failure is what’s important because the last 5 reps to failure are what drives hypertrophy

It’s become inherent to most of the forums lately. There is no shortage of discussion on drugs and sources, but nobody want to get into the nitty gritty of their training.

Progressing your performance in the gym should be the primary focus. Form follows function. Then use the drugs and diet to ensure your continued progression. Five more pounds and one more rep has become an esoteric concept, instead it’s become how many more milligrams can I take.

It’s crazy to me. I see some guys with good physiques post pics and the only questions are about where they get their gear or what they run.
I never put much thought into what I actually took. I just took whatever I had or wanted to try and put all my real focus on my diet and training.

I’ve ran a few peoples programs but have mostly done my own thing. Currently doing both technically.

I bought the RP hypertrophy app for a year, figured I’d try that. Starting a blast as well. I finished the last 4 weeks of my cut using the app just getting the hang of it. I’m a few days in on upping the calories but won’t switch to my new template till this Saturday.

Going to hopefully bring up arms, shoulders, and chest (in that order).

I feel like people need to register for BB.com before they register for shit like this. The forums do cover alot the beginner needs of everything.

Diet. nutrition, training splits.

When I was a member there, Alan Aragon, Lyle Mcdonald, and Layne Norton were very big educators/influencers for me.

Yes I know there are clown on there etc, but that is the basis of alot of our training.

My training has changed alot since starting. Instead of focusing on raw strength, increasing change of injury, I switched to higher rep range and still make sure I suffer those last few reps
