Anyone else have problems with Opti orders?

I’ve been on several different brands of GH and generic over the last few years. And I’ve been buying kits from Opti along with other friends that Ive recommended Opti to over time as well. Last week I placed an order for 3 kits. I waited patiently and did get a confirmation so I sent an email and reached out. They replied that the order was canceled because of non payment. I supplied the Bitcoin hash id, the wallet address and confirmation of payment. And they said they’ve spent enough time looking into it and the address isn’t associated with them anyway? Your wallet generates multiple addresses so am I out 3 kits of GH? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I've had so many problems with his orders. Wasn't getting a response at all


I used to keep making posts in this forum until I realized this is not his customer service forum and it was smarter to email him.

I have had several emails with them about it.
Im not sure if he’s to concerned with customer service at all. I’ve ordered GH from them for the last year and when they were selling Pharmaqo injectables I even ordered some of those. Im just disappointed and out 3 kits.
