Anyone Ever Use Pl Winny???

I have 2 20ml vials that are about 3 months old. Went to go use them and I can't get the shit loaded in the syringe. For some reason I just cant pull it into the syringe. It looks fine, I shook it up heated it up still nothing. This happen to anyone else and is there a solution??

use an 18 to pull it and a 22 to shoot. I wouldn't use PL's gear though.

Actually I just took the top right off the vial. So I took the needle off the syringe sucked it up then put the needle back on (21g) and I couldn't get it to come out. Even though its water based I'm thinking of maybe just mixing it with one of my oils.
