honestly he is flirting with serious consequences. I agree with that. however, i feel it is innocent as long as he isn't leading her on that there is a possibility of them in the future and nothing physical takes place. Also, i have seen posts by MW b4 about his thoughts on family and marriage, and if I am not mistaken, he has stated how he would never cheat on his wife. Those are the reasons why i say what i do. If it was someone else on here who i felt was cheating on his wife and newly born kid, I would respond totally different.
Another part is that he could be in a position of having a very positive influence on this girl during a tough time in kids lives. If he gains her trust than he very well could be someone who she turns to for parental like advice about stuff she deosnt fell comfortable telling her own parents. This type of situation can go a couple of different directions and that will all depend on MW.

I've known her since she was 8yrs old but all of a sudden i just like her. I don't know why i think about her. It's not sexual but almost like when you had a crush on a girl in grammerschool or even highschool. She's really sweet and i love watching her talk because her lips are amazing and so are her eyes. I mean i have nice eyes and i see alot of girls with nice blue eyes but her pupils are bigger than normal and it just makes the blue stand out so much more... Jesus do i need to get some test in me fast or what? ... I actually started thinking about her a few months ago while on tren cycle and i thought it was just the tren but it didn't stop. ... Go ahead fire away
