I'm curious how you can make a statement that over 1000 people per year deserve to die because a cop was too pussy to talk them down. We live in the only shoot first country in the world- our numbers are so high in police murders and mass incarceration that Russia and china are even impressed.

I know, I made that statement rather quickly. Unless there is an imminent threat of danger(gun, etc.), a citizen shouldn't be shot. Even that is iffy. People get shot holding cellphones.
