Chip Bronson said:i make chicken salad replacing the mayo with hummus which is low-fat and has quite a bit of fiber. i usually cut up 3-6 breasts and add celery, chick peas, kidney beans, chopped tomato, cilantro and some fresh lime juice. tastes great, the celery gives it some crunch and it's very healty. you can add or subtract ingredients as per your tastes. it's great for snacking on its own or with some reduced fat wheatables. 6 breasts last me 3-4 days so it's convenient too.
