Anyone have experience with T3?

looking to add some T3 to my test p only cycle to get super lean. Any input for or against would be good. I'm 33 and going on a test p cycle to get my energy, drive, and motivation back. Like to bring bf% down from 15% (bodpod) to under 10%.

As far as how much to use goes I'm not sure... I was def going to start low and gradually increase. Then I'd taper back down to finish cycle. Honestly I'm scared to use DNP. Just thought the T3 would give my metabolism a boost in a fairly safe way. I want to stay away from anything that will mess with my cardio bc I'm military and have to run for time a lot.

T-3 completely RIPPED muscle off of me like nobody's business!!! Even on heavy doses in the past the shit just started catabolizing me like crazy. If you're going to try it then 50mcg/day is a good dose to see what you get from it. I think anything beyond 100mcg/day is way too much, and I'll tell you this much, only time I'd ever consider it again was if I was using HGH and needed it to counteract the depressed thyroid side from GH

Whenever I used anything over 25mcg of T3 I broke out in really bad acne over my face (plus no point taking 25mcg, just mimicking your bodys natural T3 and possibly shutting yourself down for nothing) so I steer well clear of it. Muscles also feel really depleted (bear in mind I was on a blast cycle when I used it) and heart rate goes really fast, which affects my sleep at night. Plus, I don't need to use anything like T3 or clen or anything else since I found good old DNP haha

Guess you've heard all the scaremonger about dnp lol

So dnp is better for cutting than t3 and sides are minimal? Will DNP affect my timed runs negatively? What about bronkaid?
For what you're wanting. Here are your choices. If you're brand new and haven't done anything, I would suggest ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin). It will give you energy and assist in fat lost. Old school method and I can say a pretty good one for fat loss. Second would be T3 or add T3 to the ECA stack once you know how you respond to it on its own. T3 will boost your thyroid and I would definitely taper up then down from 25mcg to 100mg then back down for about 6-8 weeks. It works very well. Diet is obviously key how much progress you will make. If you want something more, there is always T3 and clen or Albuterol. It's a great combo. I find Albuterol, which is the little brother of Clen to be gentler and less sides. One major one, no jitters. Finally, the ultimate fat loss compound... dnp. You can safely reduce body fat with it but there is a lot to learn about it and prepare for it so you know exactly what to expect.

If you need more detail. Feel free to ask. I didn't go to too much detail about all the options since I'm not sure which route is most appealing.

But I will say this, your diet, training and cardio will be the key to your success with fat loss. The compounds are just there to give you a slight boost.

If diet is on point then you'll be losing fat faster than any t3 and clen dose can do, plus you're not risking burning that hard earned muscle. Start off low dose, maybe 150-200mg per day and see how you react to it. Me personally... anything upwards of 300mg then I start getting side effects such as excessive sweating but nothing major. Just my opinion, but why waste months cutting with t3 etc when you can achieve same outcome in weeks with dnp ha

Gear godess have questions about dnp. Can I run 250mg/wk for 3-4 weeks and feel okay and still reap the benefits of DNP or is it necessary to use a greater dosage? If on DNP will I be able to run and do all of the stuff I do normally? Can I use ECA with DNP?

Per week? I'd say start with a dose of 200mg per day and see how you feel on it then gradually increase if you feel you're doing ok. Yeah you can use ECA, it will actually help you with your energy levels when doing the dnp cycle, just make sure your diet is on point and you'll see great results with 200mg.

I'm assuming 250mg a day? I've been recommended, researched as well as tried to stick to an average dose of 1mg-2mg per pound of weight for beginners to assess tolerance and 2-4mg for advanced users and quick runs of up to 3 weeks. Start on the low end and use the first week to see how your body adapts to it. Don't forget, for every 100mg, your metabolism goes up 10-15% plus the compounding effect of dnp due to its 36hr half life increases over just a couple days so you don't want to over do it. You will experience very unpleasant sides of dnp being too high in your system. I believe that gradually increasing, say every 3-5 days by 50-100mg, you'll experience less uncomfortable sides. At least from what I've experienced so far. Lower doses are ok as well if you plan on doing a longer run. You will get the same benefit except it will take a bit longer.

Oh and yes, you can use stimulants such as ECA to give you energy. It will help for sure. As for workouts, at lower doses you should be able to continue normally but you will sweat A LOT more. Higher doses will burn you out quicker so you won't be able to do it the same. Keep intensity up but volume down.
