Anyone have experience with T3?

looking to add some T3 to my test p only cycle to get super lean. Any input for or against would be good. I'm 33 and going on a test p cycle to get my energy, drive, and motivation back. Like to bring bf% down from 15% (bodpod) to under 10%.
 
This go round I worked up to 100mcg twice daily of T3, with 100mcg T4, and 150mcg of clen.... man oh man did it work like a charm.

Thanks for the props @Rocco_the_Dog I think I just lucked out and found a formula that works for my body.

I think it all depends on what compounds you are running with it plus what your current stats and goals are. There is a time and place for all and if people are patient in figuring out what dose works best, it is very efficient for fat loss.

I have worked up to 100mcg on certain runs of T3 and other times only needed 50mcg. (But I'm also a female). In your case, once the T4 converted to T3, it appears that your sweet spot was 125mcg of T3 total.

Wow 150mcg of Clen. That's a huge dose! You're lucky! I can only handle up to 37.5mcg of it. But I think it also depends on the brand too. It's always better to start low and build up to assess tolerance.

@Robert O'Hanlon are you fucking retarted ? the guy is in the military and has to run for time, and your telling him to use dnp and an eca stack at the same time, he could have a heart attack , if not he will probably die of dehydration. the military is not like you sitting on your ass to lazy to do cardio so you take the easy way out and use dnp..


As far as how much to use goes I'm not sure... I was def going to start low and gradually increase. Then I'd taper back down to finish cycle. Honestly I'm scared to use DNP. Just thought the T3 would give my metabolism a boost in a fairly safe way. I want to stay away from anything that will mess with my cardio bc I'm military and have to run for time a lot.
 
About to start my 4th week of test e with prop kickstart, added in T3 about a week ago at 50mg (took 25mg the first two days). Hard to say how much it's doing because it's still early but it does seem to be effective for fat loss. But I gotta say, I'm not a fan of these sides...This stuff is causing some fairly annoying gastrointestinal stuff. I'm talking frequent shitting and a fuck ton of farting. Was NOT cool when I had my lady over. Holding in farts during sex is fucking annoying and sometimes, impossible. Appetite is up up up and food is moving through my system lightening fast. Warm temperatures feel uncomfortable, I'm sweating a little easier than normal, though nothing insane. My eyes look puffy, skin around them is red...I look tired on 9 hours of rest. So don't expect to look or feel great on T3 at even 50mg, at least not when starting it out. There is literally no end to the massive gas chamber you will be creating. The big plus of course though is that this shit works. I drank a bunch this weekend (NOT typically my style) and don't seem to have gained any fat or bloat whatsoever. On the contrary, am looking tight around the midsection. So anyway that's just my $0.02 after a week on.

If he's in the military, why is he on here asking for what drugs to take to lose fat? I'm just sharing my personal experiences when it comes to fat loss with the guy and what I feel is best, you've never used dnp... so why the fuck would you even bother commenting on this thread?

Here is my take on DNP...why use it? I mean it's not like guys cannot get down to single digit bodyfat without it, so what is the point of using it? You're poisoning yourself (and make no mistake about it, thats exactly what you're doing using this shit) to drop bodyfat that could be dropped without needing DNP. I just dont understand why someone would turn to this

Because there is a time and a place for it. And people need to realize that there is no miracle drug that you can sit on your ass and it will do the work for you. I find DNP to be a very smart but toxic drug (but so are a million others) You gotta respect it and know what you are doing as it is one of the most effective ways when it comes to fat loss plus fairly easy to control.

I was just like you for the longest time till I started learning about it more and talking to people who actually used it. Actually running it as we speak and it's not because I am lazy or fat. Quite the opposite. I still am very strict with my diet and train my ass off daily. Maybe even more strict as I want to be able to control the DNP better and diet is what I found to be the trick to many unwanted sides.

Totally agree... actually find myself stricter on dnp with diet and training ... don't want to sweat like crazy which I do if I eat shit food ha, plus the maximum I've ever needed to run dnp is 3 weeks,and I run no more than 300mg ed and sides are easily controllable, every guy from my area prefer the DNP over clen and t3 as well. People are entitled to their own opinion on stuff, but I say run it first then see the effects you get then base your opinion on the drug and what you've experienced, not just stuff you read on the Internet, and if people don't like it after trying it then fair enough...

Whenever I used anything over 25mcg of T3 I broke out in really bad acne over my face (plus no point taking 25mcg, just mimicking your bodys natural T3 and possibly shutting yourself down for nothing) so I steer well clear of it. Muscles also feel really depleted (bear in mind I was on a blast cycle when I used it) and heart rate goes really fast, which affects my sleep at night. Plus, I don't need to use anything like T3 or clen or anything else since I found good old DNP haha
fuck bro i wondered why i got so much acne on face it's the god damn t3
