From some threads, reading on various medical blogs, it seems Tirzepatide & GH may be most effective with very few if any side effects. I'm not 100%. I'm no doctor or scientist. Only way I'm going find out is use my body as the guinea pig. Lol...Subbed for answers as well
Sema worked great for controlling my hunger, but what scares me would be the chance of cancer and running gh at the same time. From some threads, reading on various medical blogs, it seems Tirzepatide & GH may be most effective with very few if any side effects. But I'm leaning toward Tirze.
Right on! Thanks! This has been discussed a number of times. Try searching... you'll probably find your answers.

Hgh and Tirz for me. I am not sure on which GLp1 but I do seem to see more using Tirz with HGh. I enjoy the Tirz component added to hghHi,

Sema raises my rhr more than gh doesI do, gorgeous synergy between these compounds. The GLP completely nullifies any appetite increase from HGH, allows you to easily utilize fasted cardio, and controls glucose.
HGH helps protect lean body mass, hair, and skin through the steep caloric deficits you’ll likely be running and counteracts the insomnia some experience on GLP-1s (namely retatrutide), as well as aids in recovery.
Anecdotally, I have been running a pretty insane deficit since early November, and I have not seen any strength decreases. I do credit TRT and HGH for a lot of that. I can’t say for sure how much HRT + training is protecting LBM, but if I was losing 60% of my lean body mass like some of these articles are claiming, my lifts would not have stayed at the same weight or gone up like they have.
The major drawbacks are increased water retention, blood pressure, and resting heart rate, things that would all drastically improve if you were using the GLP by itself with a clean diet and training.
