Anyone take zero carb protien shakes?

I've been doing the shakes by isopure, (zero carb) and theyre so disgusting.

I have to hold my nose every time I drink them, does anyone else drink these, or care to recommend a better tasting zero carb shake?

Does 0.5 count as zero carbs? If you're in Canada check out Canada protein com. They're chocolate flavour is pretty good.

I've tried Syntrax protein powder before, mixes in water and comes on fruity flavours - zero carb zero fat.

You can also drink egg whites out of the carton, but if you're taste sensitive that won't work

This was going to be my suggestion.

Also, i have discovered a fix for the flavor situation. I buy those zero calorie mio drink flavoring things and just pop a couple squirts of that into my glass of eggwhites, completely takes away the eggwhite flavor. Total game changer.

I use ISO by dymatize and it has 1g c per scoop.

Or egg whites with splash of almond milk and Splenda

I actually don't mind the taste of drinking egg whites that much - it's more of a psychological hurdle only. I'm fine drinking them if I have a carb source or something else to look forward to as a treat after downing the egg whites- otherwise just egg whites alone I don't really do unless I'm doing some extreme dieting lol - sometimes I'll blend protein powder with egg whites (instead of protein powder with water or milk etc)

I use muscletech nitro tech 0 carb unflavored. Mix it with my Fruit Punch BCAA's taste like a smoothie!
