Anyone use Aromasin instead of Adex? Would like to see your dose.

Asin is pretty strong. At 500mg/week of Test E, my sweet spot was 6.25mg taken every 3.5 days (12.5mg a week). Took my Asin about 24-hrs after every pin.

There is a pharmacology article that you can find for aromasin half-life and amount of time it takes for your E2 to return to baseline after one dose. It’s important to remember that half-life does not equal effective duration. It just means that the drug will be out of your system (your estrogen still has to comeback to baseline).

From the Oxford Academic Journals, “In the present study maximal suppression of estradiol of 62% was observed 12 h after exemestane administration and returned to baseline 3–6 days after administration.”

lol I thought that was weird too, loss of bone mass is something that happens gradually as the body cannot keep up with loss of minerals etc, not something that happens in a couple days.

Maybe so. I just looked it up and it is conclusive Adex does cause bone mineral loss and increases risk of fractures over the 5 years studied. But it doesn’t say how quickly it can happen.

I remember them saying something was really odd on my bloods taken when I went for x-ray but don’t recall what. But I am sure I attributed the abnormality to extra low estrogen from the Adex blast. But it’s possible something else caused it. But it’s odd I’ve never broken anything before or since and I know it happened just doing some standard tabata stuff for cardio.‍♂️

For a younger person after a decade you basically have a new skeleton from all the repairing, replacing. Anyway loss of bone mass is typically a gradual thing. Like I said as you slowly lose minerals your body’s not able to replace that loss as quickly. More likely repeated stress to your foot from cardio caused the fracture. Not a rare thing. Joint issues can happen fairly quickly, at least pain, from AI.
