Anyone Use Creatine While on Tren and Have Annoying Muscle Cramps?

After I started adding tren as of two months ago I noticed I was getting this really annoying cramps or short term spasms - almost everywhere. I thought it was the tren. At first I got worried because bad constant cramps could be an indication of kidney damage. And since it didn't start until after I added the tren I thought that was the culprit. I've been taking creatine which helps a lot with my recovery and also with my ability to push myself hard in the gym. It also gives my muscles that fuller look. At any rate, after getting blood work done my eGFR and creatinine levels came back fine (creatinine was 1.35 and upper limit should be 1.33 so it's nothing to worry about).

So as an experiment, I decided to stop taking creatine and in about seventy-two hours my cramps/spasms are nearly all gone. I never got these this bad before while on creatine. Does anyone know the possible physiology behind why creatine cramps might get worse with the use of trenbolone? The spasms are nearly everywhere. If I'm typing and get up quickly and straighten my arms the brachioradialis forearms muscles spasm. Or if I get up or sit down too fast my hamstrings sort of spass out and snap and it makes me jerk. Also I get it in other muscles like anterior delts, the lats. It seems to have a lot to do with moving fast after being in a seated or still position for a while. Thankfully it doesn't happen when I lift hard at the gym.

Does anyone know how to address this so that one can still stay on creatine? Or is it best just to take a break while using trenbolone?

Is it raw pure creatine or a mixture with other ingredients?
Did you increase water, potassium and sodium intake?
You should. Even eating a medium sweet potato can help with potassium. A pinch or 1/8 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt. Of course increase water intake.

I get cramping from citrulline malate. Took awhile to figure out it was that.

Tren can cause some cramping, particularly when trying to reach around and inject into glute.

I have taken 5g creatine pre workout and 5g after for years. My protein also has 3g per scoop. On non lifting days, I take 5 grams. Once a year, when conducting military training, I stop all supplements except protein powder. I have done that for 20 years.

I use either the NOW brand or Jarrow creatine monohydrate. It's just creatine and nothing else. I wondered about consuming more sodium. For a while I was getting some really bad water bloat so I was trying to restrict my sodium. I had puffy ankles, my clothes left indentation lines on my skin for a while after I took them off. Just signs of bad bloat and water retention. This all happened shortly after I added the tren.

I started taking arimidex and the water bloat went away. Maybe it's time to add the sodium back to my diet. I also do eat sweet potatoes and avocados. I try to eat very well.

I don't sweat a lot while on tren like some people do. Heavy and profuse sweating could require a person to ingest more sodium. Although I do sweat like a whore in church when I'm working out hard at the gym. Looks like someone sprayed me down with a fresh coat of high gloss varnish after I get into it.
