Anyone Use DNP lately?

I have a friend that just started using DNP, I actually got it for him and had to do alot of research before I would even give it to him. He started today at 200mg so we'll see how he feels in acouple of days.

I just wanted to know if anyone is currently taking or has just finished a DNP cycle. And how did it go.

How did it go? What were your results and were the sides bad? How long did you run it for?

I had my buddy pick up some Vitamins C&E, Antioxidants, V8 juice, Glycerol and told him to drink alot of water and how many MG's to take of the C&E and to eat fruit and other things. I just wanted to be sure I know about it pretty good before I gave them to him. Copied alot of information for him and some DNP Diaries online. I learned alot from the research that I have been doing but was looking on some feedback on anyone that has used it lately since the Generation II caps came out.
 
I also did a 200/400mg cycle that lasted a little longer than a week. Heretic's postings are a must read. Other than profuse sweating during physical exertion, and a tiny bit of discomfort at night, the only real side effect was dropping 4 pounds of pure lard. Oh, and 1 bad experience with 2 glasses of red wine.

I am running it right now, started off at 200mg for 3 days, and yesterday bumped it to 400mg. The first few days I was fine but today I feel like shit, next time I'm thinking I might just try a 10-12 day at 200mg
and see how the results are.
 
14 of the last 21 days, average dose approx. 300 mgs. Some days if uncomfortable, nothing....the next perhaps 400, then 200 then nothing then 600 etc.

I've done over 10 runs and know my body so I go by feel, this is not something I recommend to others though.

I'm very happy with this past dnp cycle......before I started my current aas cycle I wanted my abs back. I didn't do bf% testing this time around, but I went from a four pack to a six pack if that tells you anything.

Diet and exercise are the KEY even with dnp.......I hate to see people using dnp just to allow themselves to gorge and not gain fat. Nobody intends to do that at the start I guess, but I see it over and over. People see some results and subconsciously slip into this "well I'm losing weight no matter what" mentality.

EAT CLEAN AND FORCE YOURSELF TO BE INTENSE IN THE GYM.
The fat will melt off you.
 
I finished up this past Friday. 200mg for the first 3 days, bumped up to 400 the next 2 then finished off with 200 for the last 2. Dropped 5 lbs. and as I lose the water, I'm looking more vascular without the weight dropping. Probably losing water but refilling glycogen stores is my guess. Make sure your friend takes in about 2 gallons of water a day and takes in those antioxidants. Looking forward to my next cycle.
 
ok..MY exp on it was....it kicked my ass. I remember the day it kicked it..i was standing in a grocery line and i just became flushed..started sweating profusely...dizzy...nausea and i had to lean up against something so i wouldnt fall. I barely made it through the line..ran out to my car assuming i would be puking once i jumped in. Once i sat down...it cleared..from that day on...i never really felt to good. I took it when it was about 15 degrees outside..and i would just stand outside in a tshirt trying to cool down. Everyone at worked kept asking what was wrong ...since i looked sick for the whole 10 days. I lost prob about 5 or 6 lbs in the 10 days. I would highly recommend u do this stuff in the colder times of the yr..not sure how anyone could survive summer on this.

i sweat enough as it is but with this shit WOW

my 7 days were not all bad
first 4 were not that bad at all

then after those
FUCKING A i was burning up inside and so tired all the time and lazy and uncomfortable......start out slow!!! dont jump into it at all
 
Thanks for the replies , I have one question, I was talking to my buddy and he said the more water he drinks the hotter he starts to feel.

I doubt it's the water making him hotter....who knows perhaps the effort of forcing it down? :confused:

Carbs are literally like stokeing the fire.....it can get ugly quick.

I've been on at the hottest most humid times of the year more than once....sucks for sure but I did it for a reason, and was commited to the run. I made it count. Did a LOT of swimming at that time. Which worked SO WELL on several levels.

I love the stuff. It's dangerous and not for everyone though.
 
There's no need to be that miserable on it, if it's really getting uncomfortable then scale back the dose or just stop altogether and try again when you can "sweat it". Even at 200mg a day DNP will cause more fat loss than you'd likely see from anything else, although most people don't think so since they're not sweating their asses off in pure misery. Sure it will take longer and work slower, but it's nice not to look like you have SARS or something at work.d
And yes, eating starchy foods with complex carbs or sugar will make you miserable, carbs should primarily come from frutcose sources such as fruit or soda.
