Anyone used Simec?

Sorry for the stupid title. I've contacted Simec and sent off my first sample, but it didn't go as smoothly as I'd figured. So I'm hoping Millard or anyone else may have some pointers.

First, they're hard to reach and get a preshipment invoice. Takes a week or more and a couple emails to get a response, is that normal?

I sent the sample with proper forms (thanks Millard), registered mail. However I'm a little concerned as they said it may take 2-3 weeks to land. Anyone have any cost effective ways to send a TRACKABLE (usps doesn't do tracking on int'l packs anymore) package internationally that gets there in less time?

thanks to anyone who can give me some ideas :)

It's not the best time to send samples to SIMEC. They recently moved to a new location which likely resulted in some work disruptions. And next month, they will be closed for a couple of weeks for summer vacation. If anyone is planning on sending anything from the U.S., I'd recommend waiting until end of July.

AnabolicLab has used FedEx for the last several shipments to SIMEC and it's been worth every penny. Great tracking system, expedited customs clearance and arrives when promised which is days rather than weeks.
