"I used to use http://www.calvetsupply.com for my injectable B-12, until I found http://petsupplies4less.com. Their 100ml 1000mcg/ml B-12 is ONLY $4.95...yipeeeeee!! Another bro turned me onto this site, http://www.agri-med.com/site/255063/product/SI004, which sells a 250ml bottle of B-12 for an unbelievable $7.19...but, I don't know if that's B-12 or B-12 Complex, no brand or picture posted...gonna email them and find out."

One more thing too --- If I order from one of these sites...do I have to take same precautions as if I was ordering gear? Same rules in avoiding getting caught in a controlled delivery?.....get the drift?

On petsupplies4less it says injectable B-12 is RX (Vitamin B-12 Rx, Injectable, 100 ml) and...

How do you guys order yours? Get scripts from vet? I don't see any sources on here selling inject B-12.

Some of the companies don't consider it an RX. Although more and more are doing just that. Either that or the Federal government has taken out stock in the Human B-12 market..... :D

As for the Controled delivery thing... I really don't think that the DA is going to nail you for B-12... But he could use it to get a warrent for other things...

But you are going to use it for your animals, aren't you???

Eating for mass takes time dedication and most of all, consistency...here's a couple things that worked and still work for me...

Tuna...3 bites a can....put as much as you can in your mouth, a big swig of water...and get it down....you can get 2 cans down in 6 bites

Get a weight gainer...I use Maxi Mass...and I get 1000 calories/50 gr protein/150 carbs/10 fat...I have one shake first thing in the morning...and one post workout....thats 2000 cal right there

Break your meals down into smaller meals....so that hour lunch can become 2, 15 minute snacks...

Here's some wicked meals that are staples of my diet

1) 4 omega 3 eggs scrambled/ 2 thick slices of lean ham
2) big bowl of low fat cottage cheese with fresh pineapple mixed in
3) Tuna...cheap/fast
4) 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, 4 pieces of lean ham, tomato (otherwise known as a sandwich)

Stick to it and keep cramming the food down your throat...it WILL pay off...in 3 years time I have put on nearly 80 pounds....and the majority of it is solid muscle. I started out as a beanpole...hahaha I have a wicked vise for mcdonalds though.....good luck

Thanks for the reply bro - you too texas - all you guys - Appreciate the advice
