Approach to deload when cutting

Hello.. I transitioned from a too fat bulk to lowering calories about 6 weeks ago and been actually cutting somewhat aggressively for 4 weeks now. Currently down 8kg while supprisingly making small progress up untill recently when my set weights went down and starting to feel beat up.

I'm using 30mg clenbuterol, starting from 10mg and topping at 40mg eventually and 40mg winstrol which will be constant throughout.

I'm planning on eating at roughly maintenence and lowering training volume for the week.
I'll be cutting for 8 more weeks after the deload to get to roughly 90kg at 1kg lost per week. Probably deloading again after another 4 weeks.

For the curious i'm also using 700mg test and 500mg boldenone and added 25mg tren a less than a week ago.

What would you do with the clen and winny during the deloads and maybe even the tren a which seems silly to add in now and not after the deload?

I don’t know your AAS history, but that seems to be a pretty high gear load for a simple cut. Are you getting in shape to compete soon? Trying to achieve a certain look at a lower body fat?

Somebody correct me if I’m wrong, but this just seems like a lot of compounds to be running for a cut. Addressing nutrition and cardio during your deload is the most important thing — I can assure you that lightening up on the weights will not cause you to lose any muscle with such a high AAS load. I personally would drop the Winny and no Tren. I just don’t think it’s necessary.

Wow really think so? I'd consider the anabolic load quite moderate honestly and yeah l'm getting in to better body composition to eventually compete next year. This is my fourth year enhanced.
I've usually just pushed through these things but i'm taking a different approach this time.

No problem, man. Just trying to help out.

I come from the train of thought that the drugs you have listed are best deployed for putting on size and being in a bulk, ya know? Throw some moderate to high doses that don’t affect training, diet, and sleep.

Cutting is not something I believe is helped by throwing a bunch of drugs at, but rather something you can achieve with diet and a few hundred mgs of test. The one caveat was if you were say 16 weeks out and hopping on a stage and trying to bring a certain look. And again, you would be trying to hold onto anything you can as you reach the low single digits in bf% - that’s where the drugs help. This doesn’t seem to be the case. Again, my opinion is that cycles ramped up to 1.5+ grams should be used for packing on tissue.

I think we have a finite number of cycles in us where we can up doses in the 1-2+ grams range, and that’s where we should be building the size.

If you’re not getting stage ready, some test will have you holding size quite well IME as long as every other metric is being managed (diet, training, etc).
 
If you aren’t trying to lose fat that week I would drop the clen or cut it in half to prevent a sharp drop in bmr but at 30mg that shouldn’t be too much of an issue.

I’ll let somebody smarter than me chime in on the winny.
 
I don’t deload on cut. Of course you feel tired and weak. It’s a cut. Push that shit— it ain’t getting any easier til it’s over
 
last time i needed a deload was when i pushed volume to 18 sets a week for every muscle normally a bulk. i wouldn't do that high volume on a cut

now i just sit around at 12 sets a week per muscle on a cut and never need a deload.

my sweet spot on bulk is around 15 sets ish no need for deloading ever
