What I'm saying is, it isn't common knowledge because we're trying to hide what we actually use, it isn't common knowledge because it isn't anyone's business and y'all doubt is anyways. That's exactly my point. The vast majority of bodybuilding fans think we're using a shit ton.
You're one of the few pro's that I never had any doubt about when he listed his dosages.

2gr is a hefty amount all things considered plus hgh plus slin. Personally I don't buy the TRT/TRT+ shit that some pros are spewing trying to protect their interests. It's their right of course but c'mon, better try to change the subject than trying to say shit like that.
Anyway, it's an individual's choice to do what thinks it will.advance his career, but building a business (be it supplement line or coaching business) on top of lies is immoral in my book.

Drugs work, they don't do ALL the work but God damn they help alot
 
In terms of total mg per week, I think most guys are around the 2g mark, plus or minus a few hundred mg. That's where I'm at for a blast usually, although I'd like to bring that down as I get deeper into my career.

I'm talking about open pros here. 212 is different, they've got less muscle obviously and will generally need less drugs.

I've never actually met anyone IRL who took 3+ grams of shit. I'm sure it happens but I can't see that working very well tbh... at a certain point more gear can't really do anything: there's nothing to bind to, and it just metabolized or leads to shitty sides.
i hang around 1.5-2g as well thats most guys with good genetics sweet spot, ive pushed over 2 and almost to 3 but i felt like shit and was only there for a couple weks backed it down to my go to sweet spot 750-1g test, and 400-600mg of an anabolic with and oral in there and youur right at about 2 grams per week combine that with gh, slin, igf.. shit if you cant grow on that your doing somethig wrong or your genetcs arent the best. just my opinion

edit: obvioulst this will very a lot per person i was 258lbs at my heaviest and i had abs like drago almost so i was fucking lean and i was on what i said above only add some mk677 and some yk11 in there. Now i was going to push to 270 until i met this little skank that made me pussy crazed and i just started seeing her instead of training and started misssing meals but i thikn i coul have hit 270 on the same amount i was fully ready mentally to add another meal, I flet i could eat more. and I really think i culd have added 12 just by adding more food.

this is the secret, you go hard for 4 weeks and chill for 4 weeks. Id up my food every 4 weeks and then stay there for 4 weeks and up again and i think this way your body has time to adapt to the new cals and then youre ready to go up again ... I cycle my food if thst makes sense so im not alwasy adding food just every 4 weeks it goes up. But gear doses were always the same, idk if the pros agree with this but i think i would only up gear if i noticed that adding food did nothing anymore and my bw stayed the same (this is in a bulk phase obviously)

Edit: bottom line pros dont take crazy amounts maybe some yeah like dallas but he was being reckless and that i believe is definently not the norm in the pro ranks. Just my opinion but remember pro bbers are not normal people. i like to think i have good genetics and i managed to become FREAKY as hell sitting at 258 with a tiny bones my arms were 20 cold and iwas on 2gs like i said
