taking 1 mg tab of arimadex every 3 days but it's killing my joints drying them out especially my knees causing joint pain. Can anyone recommend another estrogen blocker that doesn't do this? My cycle is 500 mg of t Cypionate weekly.

I know very little about arimidex..
All i know is Aromasin has never failed me other than some headaches i got recently from upping my dose...

Considering arimidex short halflife, split up the pill and take it ed or eod. If you take 1 mg at once, you will kill your estrogen

Yeah, is that long? Do you advise people to take it e3d? Test E has a half life of 5-7 days, yet most inject it 2 x week.

Relative to aromasin's half life, yes, it is that long. I don't advise people to take any AI unless they become symptomatic.

Injectig test e twice a week unless it's for TRT purposes is waste IMO. If blasting, just inject it once a week and be done with it.

I agree test e or c 1 time a week even with trt i personally never noticed a difference..

I don't notice any difference splitting my trt twice a week vs once a week.

You guys missed my point.

But you are right. You can inject it once a week. You can inject it once a year to for all i care, but my point is the optimal way for keeping blood levels stable would be to do it twice a week.

Now, its the same thing with arimidex. Again, you can take it e3d, or only when you get sides. But the optimal thing would be to take a smaller dose ed/eod so the drug can build up in your body and work as its supposed to.

The point wasn't missed at all.

Stable blood levels with AAS are arguably inferior to peaks and troughs. If you want to argue stability of blood levels then why don't you pin ED? That would provide the most stability.

With a 50ish hr half life there's no need for taking adex daily, even less if one is asymptomatic in which case not taking it would be best.

The reason i brought up test e and its half life was to make a comparison, not because i give a shit about how frequent YOU inject or your personal theories. It may not be necessary to inject twice a week but most people do it that way, and it is for a reason. More instability = more side effects. End of discussion.

It is essential to long term health to keep your levels in an NORMAL RANGE. This is accomplished by running an AI consistently at a proper dose.

That's alot i dont think anybody needs that much adex for 500mg. Adex is the only ai i like now a days i dont use ai unless i get symptoms high e2. With .5mg mon/wed/fri should be more than enough.

Most people do it that way bc they don't know any better and parrot off incorrect information all the time, much like you're doing here.

Bullshit. Prove it. I'll wait. :)
