Arimidex in women

Hey everyone, my wife is in contest prep and her coach mentioned she might add arimidex to her plan. She is currently on Anavar and T3, but was told to have winstrol and clen on hand as well.

Just wondering what thoughts on arimidex are and what/when bloodwork is recommended? Thanks for your help!

Winstrol is absolutely not needed when anavar is in place especially since it has a high occurance of virilization. One side being voice change

There is no need for arimidex and if her coach thinks she needs it to "dry her out" I suggest you find her a coach who truly understands how the female body works before your wife ends up with irreversible side effects.

Thanks @Evom1 I believe her plan was to switch out the 10mg anavar/day for 10mg winstrol /day close to the competition but I will get clarification on this. She didn't say the reason for arimidex so I will get clarification on this as well.

Her coach is female and has some pretty big titles under her belt (arnold, olympia, and others) (not women's bodybuilding so she still looks like a woman) so we want to trust her since she has worked under some great coaches also, but I'm asking because the use of an AI was kind of a red flag for me.

There was a study done in 1981 with a group of women who received 2mg winstrol per day, 50% of the women in that group experienced virilization.

Anavar is a much safer choice and is just as effective if not more effective than winstrol.
