Arimidex killed my sex drive?

Just started my first blast a few weeks ago. Trt is 150mg/wk and blasting 400mg/wk. Might up the dose by week 4. Libido was off the charts by end of the first week, horny like I was in my teens again. Nips got sensitive so I introduced Arimidex .5mg twice a week. Sex drive disappeared but nips are good now. Is it the AI that killed my sex drive?

It's pharma. Prescribed with my usual trt. No blood work. Was planning bloods 5-6 weeks into blast

I’d run a single panel sensitive estradiol privately, you can order through privatemdlabs or marek.

If I had to guess you’re probably taking too much and stomping your estrogen, but that’s a shot in the dark without blood work

That’s weird, seems to be opposite for me. If I start to get sensitive nips it will generally reduce sex drive, the arimidex gets rid of the nips and I’m horny as hell.

Yeah I’m actually in week two of no arimidex because I wanna see just how high my estrogen is actually getting (bloods on Monday) and my sex drive is gone.

How sensitive? I have a 3-day rule now after having crashed my estrogen too many times in the past. Nips can respond to an upped dosage or new compounds being added with a little sensitivity, doesn't mean it's time to drop an A.I. into the mix. If I have sensitivity or it progresses to aches for 3 days or more, I bring an A.I. in and it doesn't take much. Start it lower, raise it after a few days if it's not helping. Easier than starting it higher and sitting with Low E symptoms for a week or two.

I let it go for 7 days before I added AI. My toddler accidently grab my nip when we were rough housing and it felt like he ripped my whole dam nipple off! Non stop tingly sensation. Ill probably drop it to .5mg once a week until I do bloods

Mine was up in the 70s last blood test. And that was on 160mg test/wk
