Arimidex timing

Guys , I know testo E half life is 15days, so can I start to use arimidex on 7.th day ? or Should I use first day of my cycle ?

Where did you here about a 15 day half life? It's closer to 6 or 7

I have real pharma grade....i started out using it and I felt like shit after 2week of 1mg e3d....switched over to letro and within 2 days I felt better.

You have to figure out your sweet spot...get blood done if you don't know your body well...
