I post here rarely, but 've been around for a little while (about 5 yrs).
I am from Russia. There's no information about this UGL anywhere in runet (colloquial after "russian speaking internet") they have no presence in the local scene.
Although, the website does look like it's made for foreigners and looks cheap (Think WIX)
This whole act is a little suspicious.

@vertigo if arl is not popular in russia, this does not mean that it is not produced in russia.
Many brand implement a commercial strategy, to ensure themselves greater security. so they only sell outside the country,from where they are based.
For example Primus Ray and baltic pharma ( baltic not balkan ) were based in Greece but they wasn’t popular in Greece.

Brother we have been around much longer than the little while you have been around meso you say.Nothing here to disclose to you.The website serves its simple purpose.Its for anyone..not foreigners.

I personally could care less where they are from as long as product consistency is there I'm happy. Communication is definitely on point should be trying out some products any day now. Just my opinion.
Nothing from or to do with china i can tell you that my freind.
So you can think of our gear as uniqe to the majority of most brands gear which is all essentially china
I assume you do not have a domestic US option?

Does this mean raws are not sourced from east asia either?

Yes, that is true about his pricing for Primo Vs tren e. But there is another source here that sells 20ml vial of primo 200mg/ml for $150 which is about the same as ARL in terms of dollars per gram when comparing 10-20ml vials. But ARL 100ml jugs of primo are very competitively priced.
@ARL4Life , when you plan to make primo available at higher concentrations ie 200mg/ml even if you have to use EO or Mig. Injecting 800+mg/wk for 20+weeks at 100mg/ml concentrations is a lot of oil injections.

@ARL4Life assuming that the ones of us that are most concerned about sanitisation and sterility of the gear overtime don’t want to rape the stopper of the 100ml jug putting the internal sterile environment of the vial at risk, are you planning to offer empty sterile vials?

Yes I know that they’re cheap enough to buy them locally... But not for us in the old continent bro, or at least not for many of us, I got one 10ml from pharmacy priced at 27,5€ not properly expensive, but multiply that for 10 or more..
Edit: 27€ = 30 $
