Aromasin Dosing?

Hey bros a quick question,

I am doing a blast cycle as of now consisting of 400 mg test Cyp wkly.
I have been feeling great. I have Aromasin farm grade on hand of 12.5 mg daily to keep E2 at bay. My question is , what is the best dosing time?
Estrogen is in check but in this case its dosing time ,thats all!

If you need to run it, then 12.5 mg eod is the usual starting dose. I usually take mine in the morning, but It can be taken whenever is best for you.

400 mg is a very mild blast so yes 12.5 mg eod. The best thing to do is get your blood levels checked to see where your levels are at. More than likely, you don't need to run aromasin on 400mg week test.

Consider taking the aromasin with some fat. 40% better absorption with some fat. Try to take with a fatty meal if possible.

Again the typical standard starting dose is 12.5 mg eod. Have you experienced any symptoms of high estrogen? The last thing you want to do is crash your e2 levels.

I notice that without Aromasin erections aren't as pronounced , when I take it I feel golden!
With Aromasin its unlike to crash E2 where as Arimidex does.
Aromasin has a very noble profile as an AI.
I have been proof of this

Without blood work you can't really gauge it unless your 'feeling' sides.
For me it's erections, water retention, and strength loss. Any of those and i know me e2 is headed well over 70ng. This is because of lots of blood tests and experience with aromatization. I have yet to totally crash my e2 with aromasin.

The best time to dose is a time during each day that allows you to dose at this time (or very close to it) every day. In other words, dose at the same time each day or as close to it as possible. This will ensure the most stability, with regards to your endocrine system, and assist in preventing unnecessary sided effects from fluctuating hormones.

What are your thoughts on this subject?
Dose 6.5 daily or 12.5 or 12.5 eod?
I also want to bump my dose to 600mg test cyp wkly.

If i read your thread correctly, you appear to have your AI dialed in. Dont fix whats not broken. And if you increase your exogenous test, stay the course with your AI unless you observe rising E2 signs.
