It would take a while to notice much in size or strength gains even with a faster acting ester it won't be full kicking so to speak for a couple weeks and your diet and training need to be on point also. First you should notice the increase in hunger thats what I felt first but I switch to tren and dropped the npp at about a week and a half. Have ran deca a few times in the past so I am very familiar with how npp will work for someone
I try not to judge a cycle by just a half a dozen pins and then try to evaluate gear potency etc until the cycle is over. With that said I can say my hunger is up, but always is while running aas. Also I look a lot fuller, muscle bellys that is and def feel the pump. Noticed it yesterday while training arms.... got that sweet pain when your arms get so full of blood they hurt. Also I am def getting the look at the gym....you know the one im referring too...." that guys on juice look".
slight joint relief but could honestly be placebo effect. My elbows always cause me pain, but didnt seem as bad yesterday....like I said could be placebo effect. Pinned a full ml in my right delt the other day. Today barely any discomfort, which leads me to believe it might be his test e that was giving me golf ball size pip in my glutes. Other then that thats all I got right now. Ill update in a couple days or if I notice anything dif. One other thing before I started with AL I was on another ugl test e and was running a gram a week for 3 weeks.

Little update...just a point worth mentioning...
FOR ME...
The sweating tells me it's working.
I could be wrong with that theory--but I KNOW I dont sweat like this when I'm off.
Not sweating while just walking around..but the gym sweats are getting pretty good {bad??} now.
Good for me.
So far this lab appears to be g2g.

Just a quick shout out to helix. If you are reading this give us an update on how things are going, but family is important so take the time that is needed, brother.
My night sweats and insomnia is fucking ridiculous, have to wash pillow cases and sheets daily I'm annoyed
