ASFJ ASTRO CYCLE- Test Tren E Var HCG

Yes they are strong as fuck. I drank enough alcohol in my 20s to have killed a small rhino, and that little resilient bastard is still functioning normal. It probably wouldn't be if I kept it up.

They taste good too- little butter and garlic.....mmmmmmmmmmm

I can't type for shit on clen.

I'm siding with ape on this one. I had an ultra sound of my liver when I was 35, they said there was some damage done but that little shit is still working according to labs. However, I suspect butus' liver is more pickled than mine. Might not be that tasty. LOL

Yeah I've put mine through hell over the years also. I'm not sold on the effectiveness of liver supplements either. I am curious to see how this turns out. Did it happen to list the dosage the subjects were at during that 6 month period of use?

Yours probably wouldn't [:o)]

If you were hungry enough you would LOVE my liver! You would probably trip out for six months too- BONUS!

Don't quote me on this I'm pulling this from a while ago but I remember the dosages were very similar to an AAS cycle.

I believe it was 50mg Adrol in aids patients.

If they were healthy I also suspect it may not have done the damage.
Not to mention they had to have been on a plethora of other medications.

I believe this is why it was the shortest incidence of liver damage that I have found.

It looks like a fracture in the middle xray.

Nahhh thats just the back light. Its right by my wrist. I fractured my distal radius.
It's actually pretty blatant unfortunately.

Seeing the orthopedic tomorrow hopefully no surgery. Doc said most likely won't need it.

Been thinking of exercises I can do and I think I pretty much got everything covered.

This won't stop me.

Legs

Back squat x6 (arms over bar)
calf raise x3
Hamstring curls x4
Glute machine x3

Back

Lat pull over machine x6
Rear delt fly machine x6
Cable trap lift x4 (pull arm through nylon handles then bend arm to 90 and rest the handle on elbow joint)
Cable bicep curl x5

Chest

Chest fly machine x8
Tricep push down machine x8
(On both of these I'm loading the pressure to my forearm below the wrist by pushing my arm against the bars instead of grabbing the handles)

Shoulders

Lateral raise machine x8
Front delt cable raise with nylon handle x8

Core

Lower back raises x6
Leg lifts x3
Crunch machine x3
Oblique twists x3
2min plank

I think I will still see good growth with this but I'm afraid I will lose strength in my bench overhead press and barbell row.

Do you think I will be able to keep it?

I will have to run this program for 6 weeks.

Any suggestions?

This looks like a good solution. I wouldn't worry too much about what you can't control--focus on getting the most out what you can do for now. After you heal you can focus your attention on getting your bench, overhead press and barbell rows back. You might be pleasantly surprised at how quickly those exercises will rebound.

Yeah I know.. It just blows, I was just starting to move some real weight.

Hopefully the Tren gods will help me at least maintain what I have.
