AST & ALT a little high - Should I stop my DBOL?

Hello,

I'm currently at day 22 on 50 of 40mg Dbol a day, but my AST/ALT are a little high :

- AST = 48 UL/L ( Normal range: 5-37 )
- ALT = 51 UL/L ( Normal range : 5-40 )

Some peoples said it was from my workout, but i'm unsure. Thanks in advance for help.

I would not even blink at those numbers.

Too much exercise could make those numbers that high.

I had similar numbers - I took 4 days off lifting and cardio and retested. Both were in the normal range.

If those were my AST/ALT I’d take another 25mg on top of the 50mg
But seriously I personally wouldn’t be alarmed by that.

Well, you maybe misread, but there is 28 days remaining ;)

I will do another blood work in 30 days, I hope the enzymes won't be higher than now. Thanks for the reply.
I read correctly, you're at day 22 of an oral, 4 weeks is 28 days. I disregarded the 50 because that's generally not the wisest thing. But I don't think that would matter to you

Agree, those numbers are ok but anal docs will get all worked up about it so OP my suggestion is if you have to get bloods drawn by your doc take something like NAC and Tudca for at least a week before your blood draw and dont exercise the day or two before. Obviously too don't take any orals for a week before a blood draw for doc labs.

If you don't have to worry about an anal doc, IMO then you have nothing to worry about. I say just go as you have been and test yourself a few months down the road. As long as the numbers aren't significantly higher then, you should be fine.

The on should be of. Day 22 of 50. I think

Any support supps since you're running an oral? Ie glutathione, nac, tudca
I missed the 50 days. That's a long ass time to be running Dbol. Considering he has already been on 22 days for sure Id say his liver values are fine but yeah, if planning on running 50 days, the support supps would not hurt.

I personally run nac year round. Tudca when on any oral. Tudca is studied, proven, and it works.

Agree liver value are fine right now. I'd stop training 3 days before testing just to try to get a more accurate reading but any methyl will increase liver values so support supps should go hand in hand

Little article if helpful on tudca

I had numbers slightly lower then that but still over the top of the range for over 30 years and no dr. cared. heavy training and eating a lot of protein releases the same enzymes that those tests detect.
