You have a couple options.

You could mix each capsule with X amount of liquid then dose accordingly or Astros offers custom capped for a little extra cost.

But I see you only have one post. Unless you have ordered with him in the past, he private now

It does say "Intl" in the title. I would suggest starting at page #1 of this thread and browsing through it. You will probably need a referral and with the two post counts (this one being one of them) I would suggest getting your feet wet in the community here first.

To run 30mg a day you should do 3 doses of 10mg each spread out throughout the day but make sure you have a dose 1 hour before your workout.

To run 30mg a day you should do 3 doses of 10mg each spread out throughout the day but make sure you have a dose 1 hour before your workout.

I think the problem is that Astros caps are dosed at 50 mg. I may be reading that wrong. If so that makes it problematic in splitting a capsule up.
I guess you could dump half a cap into your coffee in the morning
