Not for me... but I know it is that way for quite a few. I rotate pinning delts, upper and lower quads and glutes. Only hit an area less than once a week.

I second that. I never hit the same spot twice in a row. Pinning 2x week and never hit the same spot. Keeps lumps and cysts from forming. Maybe next time I'll just squirt it in my Kool-Aid for good measure

A big reason I'm taking a short break is honestly to got stock piled up. Brewing and capping until I wanb to cry. I Literall have peel myself away from my work because I wont eat for like 10hrs and I keep telling myself just a little longer lol
