lack of posts don't make the point any less true, nor does a high post count make anyone more knowledgable. if they don't like what's going on Astro said they can take their money elsewhere, I know of at least two other UGL's that are taking customers right now. I'm not defending astro, don't know the guy. whining accomplishes nothing and it actually speaks to your character. if you(not you specifically) have a problem then fix it.

If i was waiting long with a vetted source, I don't think a refund is unreasonable. Shit can go wrong, and we all understand that, but excuses work only for so long.
