We have all been guilty of this mistake, but you have to properly plan when ordering from Astro. He is a one-man show that does everything himself, including answering hundreds of senseless PM's and emails (aside from the legitimate ones). So just remember on your next order, have ALL your ducks in a row and questions answered when you contact him (no back and forth with a million questions as this bogs everything down). Send one email complete with all necessary information, wait 3 days before making another attempt. If you are a first-time customer and he has never given you the go ahead, then understand he will probably not respond and is NOT taking orders... So don't send anymore. He will inform everyone when he will accept new customers. After sending your request, be ready to play the waiting game. He will contact you if there are any issues. If he doesn't contact you, trust he is getting it handled (until he gives us a reason to be concerned). I realize, the communication is not what everyone would all prefer, but this is how the man does it. I, for one, would consider these terms in order to receive quality gear given the other current options. Then on one surprise evening, that magical package will arrive. It is on YOU to plan in advance.
I am by no means trying to speak for Astro, but I've learned through my time observing here what works and what doesn't. Just want to help other new guys expedite the process for everyone, and try and keep Astro away from Xanax as long as possible.
