Hahaha I think everyone is thinkin to much into it.

It's been 4 weeks and I never said I gained 30lbs of muscle.

When your 7% bf and start bulking again you'll quickly add mass and weight. Couple that w the 5% gain in fat + some water, plus some muscle gain and bingo there's 30lbs.

Have you ever heard of someone gaining crazy weight post show? Kinda similar to that except this is my first cycle in about 8 years.

I assure you that you haven't or won't be scammed. Allow Astro to take his break and recharge his batteries and pm him. I have waited three to four weeks sometimes with Astro. It is just the price you pay because he is essentially a one man operation. There will be times when a order is missed but he always makes it up to the guy that was forgotten.
