Very interesting... I have been keeping up with Astros thread since it started. I had read a few times that it took a while to receive the product. But, I didn't think it was so long. If you don't mind me asking OGH, PMan, and Cobra.
From the starting process
how long did it take to get receive donation info?
till donation was picked up?
When was order shipped?
How long till received?
I know the quality of the gear is good I have read about that more than enough. That's the most important thing. But, it's also important to know around the time package will land. I have a few friends that send it over to a friends Ect and pick it up when it lands. I would imagine that would be harder if it can take from 5days to 2months.
If you guys don't want to answer this in an open thread because the info. Send me a pm... I'm really interested in know this. Please and thank you

Come on try to protect your fellow members instead of thinking that kissing ass and covering up problems will somehow help you in the long run. This is how we can help improve customer service instead of encouraging poor service.

P.s. I could care less about astro taking breaks, shutting down, or whatever. It's his business, I just want up front honesty, prompt delivery and better communication and handling of problems.
 
After 13 weeks I just want what was ordered. You'd think of get a TON free, discount or store credit. It wouldn't be so bad if I would have just been told the truth from the beginning. I have 50 emails of excuses, so when I read that every customer gets what they ordered and those that have waited will be more than compensated I laugh because it's a straight up lie.

Then the best part is when you post your problems here everyone makes excuses for why it happened when they don't know shit about what's going on.

I'll be the first to say the product is amazing but the service blows and customer problems are handled in an even worse manner.
And again this shit has been going on forever. I've heard that sick story 2 or 3 times. And what your saying cobra, well I didn't think it was that bad.
 
I don't get why people hate on Astros T/A time....

YES, we all would like our gear in a speedy manner. But a few things

1-Your not taking a risk owning a business
2-Your not brewing and insuring quality
3-Astro is only one person, and can only do so much at a time
4-He is a person. We've all taken sick days, BS our way through a work day
5-Astro is still a friendly person and handles business very well (from my experiences)

NO, I am in no way affiliated with Astro. I'm not a sponsor or been put up to this...

Listen if I must. You ordered and I offered you 50% off then you tell me almost half of you order was missed. Now items get missed vut half a order? So we still took it into account even though its kind of hard to believe and we have sent just about everything short of 5 vials that not in stock and you know this.

We sent your shit even though we think your ful of shit. IF I MUST

But because I couldn't proove otherwise we have taken care of it, short of somethings that's not in stock.

Astro if you don't mind me asking you personally what is your a barge delivery time after picking up payment. That is what really matters... Well besides the gear being gtg which it is. I am a reasonable guy. I mean you got BB69 to say your gtg which is one of the reasons you got my respect. I understand member complaining can put you in a bad mood. But, don't turn into BigD and tell people to bounce you will lose respect like that. You have not ripped anyone of and your gear is good to go. If you shipping time is a little long just let members know.

That's all I want, I want astro to do well believe me he should for the product he provides.

My TA is 14 buisness days thats what's stated. Sometimes sooner sometimes after but if its after I answer all questions and 99% of the time I make up for it. Guys waited longer while I took orders on break but when I'm up and running its within my TA and if not I compinsated.

Well if I'm lying, you say you take pictures of all that goes out, I offered to take pictures of what I got and compare to yours while still packaged, you didn't. Why would I lie over a"few bottles". Come on, and for the size of the order placed you should have been more then happy to replace anything missing. It wasn't minor by any means.
And what's your excuse for 13 weeks waiting for the rest? Man up and take responsibility.
 
I prefer lack of communication so this is perfect for me... I send order and payment at same time and receive gear in 14-20 days. I've never been burnt by Astro and I feel safer with less communication. Everyone has other options. This is nothing new guys. Also, imagine rolling up to the same post office everyday with 20+ packages of illegal substances. I would imagine there is travel included to spread out where you're mailing from and how much at a time. Some guys are slow and some aren't. The best private source that I've used only ships once, every other Wednesday. Now I'm just babbling but choose who you want. I get why you guys are upset but I'd rather have slow service than some dirty piss water that show up in 3 days.

^^^^^ This is it , no more no less . A better line of communications . Orders responded to in less than 48 hrs . 24 would be better . And dont ignore us , or "poo-poo" us . Im probably out of this ballgame but I can still help out others .....~Ogh
