That was what I was referring too. Water based Winny. I agree you should not drink oil based anything. I would drink it because I am worried about it notting up in my muscle after injecting it. Water based steroids can turn to crystals in or muscles. That's something I don't want. but yea caps and tabs are fine too.

Like @boston597 said you can never know enough, especially with the things your putting into your own body. @biggerben69 has only been back a few weeks and the shit I've learned from him in that short ammount of time amazes me. And the crazy thing is he is still learning more and more Im sure. Respect my man
