If you cant find a good source right here in the top few pages then you should just give up on gear and hit up gnc for a good protein powder and creatine !! I know this is pretty close to spoon feeding but this is ridiculous it's not that hard to read some source threads and make an informed decision , send em your money and hope for the best ....
