How do you deal with hunger?
Some daily things
first for hunger in a cut is meal timing. I try to stretch out time between meals a bit more. I also will do cardio when I am hungry in order to distract myself, then eat right after. Eating vegetables abundantly is good too. Changing from rice to potatoes, no more protein shakes all solid food. Finally more water, carbonated sugar free beverages. I use these to simulate the feeling of satiety with my meals, or when I get really hungry between meals but want to push the time between meals a bit more. I hate being hungry before I sleep. Save tren for the end so that it makes appetite easier to deal with. My coach also changed my cycle in such a way that I was less hungry, ie reducing test, less insulin until 0 insulin the further I got.

Big picture things
Im not that hungry yet. I think making sure you first will minimize hunger in the cut by how you carry out bulks is important, so that when you get deep into a cut your hunger is still manageable. For example don’t get too fat, but push eating to a place that is not comfortable and you lose hunger, keep insulin sensitivity good for building muscle but by the end of it have diet fatigue through your muscle maturity block. This way your body will really adjust well to beginning a deficit and mentally you will look forward to the feeling of hunger. Right now I actively like being hungry and I want to get to that place where I am ravenously hungry because I know that when I will rebound, the weight gain is going to be big and the off season growth will feel organic and natural because I will be super insulin sensitive and I feel like it was easy to grow out of a depleted state.

Just got home from a week of traveling, diet was not different while I was away, because I had a kitchen in the rented place. I thought I might miss some cardio because it was busy but everything was basically the same.

Yesterday: 94.1kg

This is not leg day, and no pump, but legs are beginning to get pretty decent conditioning.
Want to see a bit more feathering

Today: 93.43kg

Weight:93.7
Update: cutting carbs to 220 on training day, fat 20g

160 carbs, 45 fat on rest day

Now up to 50 minutes cardio and every day of the week. Not 6 days.

94.1kg side posing.
My herniated disc is basically back to normal.

Hit a nice 170kg/375lb x8 RDL set today. My highest was 180kg x7 while on my bulk. Strength is holding very well despite the fact that I herniated my disc and couldn’t do the lift for a while.
My ROM is fine now, and I can pull off the floor confidently, not walk it back out of the rack. I’m expecting to add a lot of weight this next push as I will be pushing into new body weight highs.

Next step is reintroducing pause at the bottom, which I’ve been kind of skimping on since I was scared to brace hard to give support with lower back.

Side poses. A little watery today.

Glutes starting to striate from the side. It’s not much but it’s something!

It’s been about 3 years since I’ve started lifting (natty and enhanced cumulatively). I was 60kg with the same waistline that I currently have after adding over 30kg/65lbs. I can’t use my powerlifting belt because it’s too big now. I used my old belt that I drilled holes in when I first bought it because it was too big (Medium size). So now at over 200lbs I would still need a small size belt

Back is cleaning up. Need to shave though and want to see with pump, and arm pump because my arms are abysmal.

One more week to go.
93.4kg
Definitely leaner than last time, certainly bigger.
First time seeing glute striation start to come in from the back. Not posting those images lmao. Hope they will get more defined this week as we shoot to loose the last kg and I am now holding most of it that is left on my ass.
curious to see how my rebound PEDs will look. I’m sure we’re going to taper off fat burners, but not sure about AAS. Maybe will use NPP this time since I had trouble even with 25mg ment pins.

Great work man - when you were taking the yohimbe was it 20mg all at once?

Thanks! I’ll have my last update tomorrow and wrap up this log in a minute

I started at 10mg before cardio. Later on I used 20mg all at once before my cardio, same as how you add clen or decrease calories, in an increment.

Beautiful transformation! Have you been completely new in regards to weight training?

On the post: 3 year transformation yes.
Actually I don’t completely understand your question because of the grammar though

To question was: Did you start Bodybuilding/Weight training 3 years prior, with no previous exposure to weights/lifting?

Very impressive. Hiring a coach probably made a big difference. I have to compliment your dedication! Will be following the log.
